INTERVIEWING JENNI | 06.19.22
Journalist and founder of Indigenously Jenni Monet has been honored with many awards throughout her career. In celebrating the two-year anniversary of Indigenously I decided to dig a little deeper and interview Jenni about newsletters of the past as well as her own
personal past.
Jenni has dedicated her time and energy to truth-telling journalism and has put out 41 newsletters this past year alone. In 2017 Jenni was the Newswomen's Club of New York Journalist of the
Year.
In this first-edition podcast, we talk in large part about decolonization and systems of power that are designed to oppress. These topics aren't often easy to talk about but Jenni does so with elegance and ease.
