Hi Friends.  Chiming in with a little check-in from my winter den.  A few of you have reached out wondering when the next edition of Indigenously will drop, and I'm just so flattered that the newsletter has become a fixture in your inbox.  Dawaa'e.

Please mark your calendars for the first Sunday in February, the 6th, for my next edition.  I considered jumping in much sooner, but I need the time.  There's a lot of important work to do in 2022. It's an election year.  Also there are some pretty big deadlines in store for me.  This moment for restoring strength, strategy-generating, and gratitude-giving is essential. 

In the meantime, for those of you who sent me kind messages of support and feedback at the end of the year, I've finally cleared some space to reply, so expect to hear from me and please pardon the delay.

• And my colleague and friend, Katie Worth's first book released last November -  Miseducation: How Climate Change is Taught in America, for purchase from the Indigenously Book Shelf.  I just finished Chapter One and it's off to a really strong start.
